from €20 Temples, canals and local life bike tour
Three hours of easy riding off the tourist path, through temple grounds, canalside lanes and residential neighbourhoods that show the everyday life of the city.

Eighty-four real adventures from twelve destinations — and the twelve we would book first.
Thailand’s inventory on GetYourGuide is enormous, which is both the good news and the problem: there are dozens of near-identical boat trips and elephant visits for every one that stands out. We went through the listings for each of our twelve destinations in October 2026 and kept the ones that deliver a genuinely active experience and have the reviews to back it up. Every card links to the live GetYourGuide page with current prices, dates and cancellation terms.
Looking for something specific? The adventures by activity page sorts the same tours by what you do: trekking, diving, climbing, kayaking and more.
Ranked for how memorable the experience is, how well it suits beginners and how consistently travellers rate it.

Climbing courses, dive trips, small-group treks and marine-park boats run with limited places and fill up from December to February and in July and August. Compare what is bookable online and reserve in a couple of taps.
Sometimes slightly, for simple shared boat trips. Booking ahead guarantees a place in high season, gives you reviews to judge by and usually allows free cancellation. For climbing, diving and small-group trips, places are limited and advance booking is wise.
Usually, within the main tourist areas of each destination. Remote hotels may pay a supplement or need to reach a meeting point. The details are on each listing.
Operators cancel boat trips when the marine department closes the sea, and you are refunded or rebooked. Light rain rarely stops anything in Thailand.
